Yes, consultations can be transferred to another person with at least 24 hours notice. The new participant must provide their birth details if it’s an astrology consultation. Please email us the transfer request with both parties’ details.

What if I miss my scheduled appointment?

Missed appointments are non-refundable. However, we offer one rescheduling opportunity within 7 days of the missed appointment, subject to availability. You must contact us within 24 hours of the missed appointment to reschedule.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider (usually 3-10 additional business days).

Can I get a refund if the predictions don’t come true?

No. Astrological consultations provide guidance based on planetary positions at the time of your birth. We offer insights and potential outcomes, but we cannot guarantee specific results. The value is in the guidance provided, not in guaranteed outcomes.
